Our mission at Cifax Yoga Studio is to provide a sanctuary in which to practice yoga that encourages individual growth while fostering a sense of community. 

The Venue

CifaxYogaStudio  is  a retreat for body, mind & spirit. The tranquil, country atmosphere makes it an ideal setting for the study and practice of yoga. 


Located in Rural Historic Cifax in Bedford County, Virginia at  1613 Old Cifax Road, Goode, Virginia, the studio serves the communities of Lynchburg, Forest, Goode and Bedford.

The sunny studio space was created at our home with the professional assistance of an architect and local builders.  Reclaimed antique hardwood covers the studio floor,  energy efficient windows frame vistas of Blue Ridge Mountains, woods and sky.
