Serving the communities of Lynchburg, Forest, Goode and Bedford, Virginia, Cifax Yoga offers a unique yoga experience. Instructor, Donna Everhart, RYT, leads weekly class offerings which include Gentle Flow, Ashtanga Improv and Vinyasa.

Donna Everhart has a clear and gentle teaching style informed by her nurturing spirit, humor and spontaneous outpouring of her heart. A nationally certified instructor, Donna promotes balance, awareness and discovery of the bliss within.

Cifax Yoga Class Fees and Descriptions

$10 drop-in fee or 6 class card/$36

Ashtanga Improv - A fun & playful approach to the study of the ancient system of yoga as taught by Sri Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. In this 90 minute, heated class, students explore dynamic linking of postures in a set sequence, ujjayi breath and the use of bandhas to purify the body and mind.

Gentle Flow – Adaptive, evolving & accessible to all practitioner levels, including beginners, gentle flow yoga is the perfect way to start your day.

Vinyasa – Classes follow the flow of breath through sequences of interweaving postures. Vinyasa classes can be dynamic and challenging and may include advanced poses. Modifications and use of props taught to support the practice of those students who desire less intensity.
