Our mission at CifaxYogaStudio is to provide a sanctuary in which to practice yoga that encourages individual growth while fostering a sense of community.
The VenueCifaxYogaStudio is an eco-friendly studio located in Rural Historic Cifax in Bedford County, 1613 Old Cifax Road, Goode, Virginia. The sunny studio space was created at our home with the professional assistance of an architect and local builders. Reclaimed antique hardwood covers the studio floor, energy efficient windows frame vistas of Blue Ridge Mountains, woods and sky. The studio is kept comfortable with a separate energy efficient heat pump. CifaxYogaStudio is a retreat for body, mind & spirit. The tranquil, country atmosphere makes it an ideal setting for the study and practice of yoga. . |
