Cifax Yoga is located in Rural Historic Cifax, Virginia....a 15 minute drive from Bedford and Forest and 25 minute drive from Lynchburg. The tranquil, country atmosphere makes it an ideal setting for the study and practice of yoga.

From Forest, Virginia on Route 221 South toward Bedford, turn right on Route 841 (Brookhill Road). Turn right on Cifax Road. Meander through the country, leaving behind gas stations, car dealerships,shopping centers and traffic, for about 4 miles. At the stop sign at the end of Cifax Road, turn left on Old Cifax Road. In a hop, skip & a jump the paved Old Cifax Road will become the gravel Old Cifax Road. As you slow for the rutted country road, look for the second driveway off this bumpy path. 2100 Old Cifax. A charming, landscaped rock wall and board fence signals the entrance.
